Ways to Pay a Citation

PARK Roanoke offers many convenient options for citation (ticket) payment.

Other ways of payment include the following:

  • Pay in our office by cash, check, credit card or debit card.
  • In a hurry, there’s a secure drop box outside and inside our main office for non-cash payments.
  • Pay by mail to PARK Roanoke at 117 Church Avenue, SW Roanoke, VA 24011. Please do not mail cash!
  • Provide the citation number or license plate. This will ensure that your payment is properly applied.
  • If you don’t know your citation number or license plate number, please email us at parking@parkroanoke.com and we’ll provide the information.
PARK Roanoke’s offices are located at
117 Church Avenue SW in Downtown Roanoke

NOTE: A nominal fee of $3.50 applies for all parking citations paid by credit or debit cards. These fees are paid directly to the credit/debit card service provider.

All parking citations are payable within 15 calendar days from the date of issuance to avoid a $15 late payment penalty from being automatically added to the amount due.

Please pay promptly to avoid any additional fees or collection actions.

Your visit starts when you drive in. You’ll receive a welcome text when you enter and your parking session will begin.

When you exit the parking facility your parking session is automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
