Parking Garage Maintenance – Center in the Square Garage

August 25, 2023

During the week of August 28 – September 1, contractors will be conducting overnight structural preventative maintenance in the Center in the Square Garage. The work will close several parking levels each night at 9 PM and reopen by 7:30 AM the following morning. There will be signage posted at the entrance and throughout the garage. Please be mindful of the No Parking signs and remove your vehicle by 9 PM in the no parking areas.

If you would like to avoid the construction this week, PARK Roanoke operates six (6) other garages in downtown. Please visit our website for alternative parking locations https://www.parkroanoke.com/locations/.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)
