Service Industry Parking Program “SIPP”

Roanoke City Council has approved Park Roanoke’s proposal for a Service Provider Rate for service workers in the Downtown Business District at specific garages. A monthly rate has been established at each garage location for those who meet the criteria set forth in the program guidelines. To learn more about the new pilot program and guidelines, please view the document here. If you meet the requirements and wish to sign up, please visit the garage location page you wish to park, and click ‘Buy Monthly’ beside the Service Industry Parking Program monthly rate.

Your visit starts when you drive in, and your parking session will begin. (The Metropolis Technology recognizes your license plate and retrieves your prepaid reservation.) Do not scan posted QR codes. You’re all set.

Drive Out
When you exit the parking facility, your prepaid reservation is recognized. Just drive out. (If you stayed beyond your allotted reservation, your credit card will be charged the difference using the drive-up rates.)

Scan QR code posted in the parking facility and enter the required information. (License plate number required)
